Remember what Bilbo used to say...

" It's a dangerous business, Frodo, going out your door. You step onto the road, and if you don't keep your feet, there's no knowing where you might be swept off to."

Victoria Park

Victoria Park 維多利亞公園
Causeway Rd. (at 1 Hing Fat St.), Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Transit: Tin Hau Station (272 m E)   Island Line

This park is in Causeway Bay. It was named after Queen Victoria and is
home to her statue (at the main entrance).
We arrived around 9:30 and we were out of there by 12pm.
If you want to see everything, get there early!
Once bus loads of school kids arrived it became a nightmare.

Do my feet smell?

No more Coco Thai!

We rode pass the Deep water bay only to find one of our favorite places to eat Coco thai is GONE! Our friend just ate there a few days ago. How sad, that is Hong Kong for you things build up and close in a blink of an eye. I loved Coco thai is was set on the beach and I loved the view when the sun was going down. Now I need to find another place on the beach to eat and drink.

What to do today?

Showered, dressed and ready to walk out the door…. I wonder what new adventures are in store for us today in Hong Kong.  Maybe a new restaurant, temple/shrine, book store , or maybe something completely off the wall. I will keep you posted.

JUSCO Part One

A new meaning to JUSCO. In Japan  JUSCO were more like department stores or similar to Wal mart/ Target. But here in  HK they are similar to 100 yen store or a step up from a dollar general store.

This JUSCO is located in Causeway Bay .  I will post morr information about JUSCO another day
